Sea Breeze
Pacific Ale - 5%

Just another pale ale but brewed differently...

Using 3 types of Australian grains with tropically vibed hops  - a seasonal crop which needs to be selected for it's freshness and availability. The brewing process involves sampling the wort right through to fermentation and making the necessary adjustments.

 Seabreeze is cold dry hopped using cryo hops,

this optimises the hops to its fullest potential to bring out the right balance of fruity flavour and smooth bitterness to make an approachable and easy going pale ale, like a gentle sea breeze.

Amber Lager - 5.4%

Using Vienna malt which bring depth of flavour and colour to a regular lager, and using a yeast strain that is happiest fermenting at current Sydney temperature* - Good for people and the environment.


*Happy to ferment at warm temperatures therefore using little energy.

Pomelo
Kviek Voss Ale - 5.1%

A Seasonal Batch Series (S.B.S), our Pomelo Voss Ale is a Norwegian style beer brewed using Pomelos (Citrus Maximus). This extremely refreshing beer is great on it's own and a fantastic palate cleanser to compliment rich foods.

Pomelo is a the bigger cousin of the grapefruit with a subtle orange blossom and mellow bouquet of mandarin profile - some of the juice is added for a bit of citrus acidity to make it all come together.  Overall used in just the right amount to ensure that the balanced is met to help compliment the Norwegian yeast profile.

Rozebier (Pink Beer) - 5.4%

Developed for the Aussie warmer months, we took the refreshing style of the Belgian White Beer and added a dash of hibiscus to create a Pink Beer. Brewed with home grown orange peel and freshly crush coriander seeds to create a citrusy, low bitterness and medium body beer for easy drinking. The hibiscus lends a subtle sour tart finish and compliments spicy seafood dishes.
