The founder Aziz Tan is an award winning home brewer and a BJCP certified beer judge. In pursuit of better beer, he donates his time to running the local home brew club bringing people from all walks of life together. Island Hopper Brewery is a small business and draws inspiration from travel, food, family and nature.

Island Hopper Brewery is a small batch nano brewery based in the Lower North Shore of Sydney producing classic beers and sometimes with a twist to compliment the Aussie conditions.
We believe in 'Low Kms Sourcing' to minimise travel distance for ingredients - A win for freshness, local economy and sustainability.
